All coaching begins with a thorough discovery conversation to understand your situation, your goals, and what success looks like for you.
How sessions work
Sessions are one to one, typically sixty to ninety minutes, and delivered at a pace and frequency that works for you.
Standalone or integrated
Coaching is available as a standalone service or as part of an interim or executive search engagement with Laithreach.
Delivery
Coaching is delivered in person or remotely depending on your location and preference. All sessions are strictly confidential.
