Laithreach works differently. We take the time to understand you properly, your experience, your strengths, the kind of assignments where you do your best work, and the ones that would not be right for you. We want to know who you have worked with and what they would say about you and we want to know about the times you would have done things differently. We do this so that we can represent you honestly and ensure you are only submitted for opportunities that you will be successful in.
We work exclusively in UK manufacturing. The UK manufacturing sector is broad; if a business designs and engineers and manufacturers a physical product, and transports products, we believe we are well positioned to assist. If you have experience in these businesses then this is your firm. If you have experience from a combination of large corporates, PE backed business and founder run manufacturing businesses, then we would love to hear from you.
What we offer candidates
A genuine conversation not a form. We will start with a request to see your CV, if we can help you we will let you know. But we know it is just as important for us to tell you when we are not well placed to assist you.
When you register with Laithreach your details will be reviewed by Claire directly, your CV does not disappear into a black hole waiting for someone doing a word search. If your experience is a fit for our firm, we will want to understand your career, your ambitions, and what the right next assignment looks like for you.
Honest representation. We will only put you forward for roles where we genuinely believe you are the right fit. We will not use your name to fill a shortlist.
Market intelligence. We know UK manufacturing and we know the interim market. We can give you a real picture of what is out there and what rates and assignments look like right now.
Proper feedback. If you are not selected for an assignment we will tell you why, with the respect and directness that a senior professional deserves.
